POSITION OVERVIEW

• This position will report to Psyop Berlin’s Managing Director
• The Junior Designer is expected to uphold Psyops design standards and will create dynamic, well designed presentations and decks
• Needs to have understanding of graphic design with an ability to create mocks for Psyop pitches

RESPONSIBILITIES

Will include but are not limited to;

• Communicate progress and key aspects of design to obtain senior feedback
• Must be able to communicate smoothly between Directors, Creative Directors, Clients and artists
• Pull visual references as assigned by managers and directors
• Assemble creative treatments, prepare design decks for internal and external presentations
• Organizing requests in support of Psyop project pitches
• Must handle multiple duties at once, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Understand, analyze and develop documents in support of client briefs
• Utilize full awareness of design and direction needs within the industry
• Identify potential design pitfalls or risks that could impact clients project outcome
• Stay informed on new business trends and practices as it relates to the VFX industry

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong proficiency and experience in Adobe Suite, Microsoft Suite and Google Suite
• Ideal candidate will have high attention for detail and design
• Strong conceptual ability along with expert design and layout skill
• Must have strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
